Aishwarya was originally considered for Darr

Costume designer Neeta Lulla revealed that Aishwarya Rai Bachchan had done look tests for Yash Chopra's Darr but she couldn't do the film because she was going to compete for the Miss World Pageant. The role eventually went into Juhi Chawla's kitty.
